Summer is upon us and many of you already will have enjoyed a well-earned break.  Hopefully, this issue will give you some ideas to expand your use of ERwin tools in the busy autumn ahead and make entries in your diaries for the upcoming events, particularly the UK ERwin User Group on November 17.

Talking of events, you may notice that there are no training events scheduled.  We are currently planning some, so if you have a particular interest in attending a course, please let us know where you are and what your particular area of interest is, and we will endeavour to cater for your requirements.

Regards

Simon Carter

CA World 2010
Since our last issue, we have been busy showing our faces around the world at various events, including CA World 2010 in Las Vegas.

Our very own Terry Troddyn delivered a presentation on editing Forward Engineering Templates and Joe Cullen, author of our Data Warehouse Corner conducted a Dimensional Modeling workshop.  Both have articles in this issue.

Also of interest was Danny Sandwell's "State of the Union address" on the current state and future direction of ERwin.  If you haven't seen it you can replay the recorded webcast version.
